Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g ravioli, fresh
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 250g mozzarella
  • Pesto verde

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the diced onions. Then add the can of tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Cook the fresh ravioli in boiling salted water. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Spread the pesto on a shallow baking dish. Layer the drained ravioli and tomato slices in the baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
