Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g margarine
- 1 egg(s), size M
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 125 g margarine
- 225 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 3 eggs, size M
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g sweet cream
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp, optional
- 1 lemon(s), optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
for a 25cm springform pan
Put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead everything together. Then spread the kneaded dough into a springform pan and press/pull the edges up 2-3 cm. Once you’ve done that, set the springform pan aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C. For the filling, add the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, eggs, the pulp and a little lemon zest and/or lemon juice and mix in a bowl. Whip the sweet cream until stiff and set aside for a moment. Then add the sour cream and the quark to the sugar and egg mixture and whisk to combine. Finally, fold in the stiff cream, ideally using a rubber spatula or carefully with a hand whisk. Carefully pour the filling into the springform pan, smooth it out a bit or shake it gently and put the cake in the oven for 1 hour. Check more often, depending on the type of appliance.
