Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 ml kefir
- 2 bags of banana jelly (170 g each)
- 2 bananas
- 25 ml chocolate sauce
- 600 ml water

Dissolve one sachet of jelly powder in 200 ml of boiling water, remove from the heat, and stir in 200 ml of cold water. Set aside. Dissolve the second sachet in 200 ml of boiling water, remove from the heat, and stir in 400 ml of kefir. Slice a banana and puree it into the kefir mixture using a hand blender. Place this banana kefir in a rectangular dish and refrigerate until it sets. Take 8-9 tablespoons of the clear jelly and stir in the chocolate sauce. Pour this over the set kefir. Return to the refrigerator. Place the second sliced banana on top, adding just enough clear jelly to hold the slices in place. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes, then pour on the remaining jelly and refrigerate the pudding until ready to serve.
