Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 banana(s) (preferably overripe), mashed
  • 300 ml cherry juice (50%)
  • 50 ml juice, banana (25%)
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Pour into a baking dish or onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes on the middle rack at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven).
