Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 3 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds
- 1 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 1 tbsp blossom honey
- 80 g blueberries or other fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
Shake all ingredients well in a jar with a screw cap and place in the refrigerator overnight.
