Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g salt
- 32 g agave syrup, or sugar
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 4 tbsp oil
- 12 tbsp vinegar
- 8 tbsp water
- n. B. Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients well. I use a shaker, but a bowl and whisk should work just as well. Then transfer to a tightly sealed container. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Makes about 4 servings; 1 serving is enough for a salad as a main course. Just shake again before use. For me, it keeps at least a week in the refrigerator, unless you use walnut oil, which makes it bitter.
