Kinder Bars – Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 125 g fine oat flakes
  • 125 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10 pieces of sweets (Kinder bars)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla essence until fluffy. Mix the oats with the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, and gradually stir into the butter mixture. Chop the Kinder Bars and fold them in. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan). Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small balls of dough and shape each into a ball. Place them on the baking sheets, leaving some space between them, and flatten. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool briefly on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
