King prawns from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg king prawns
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 80 g butter (lobster butter)
  • 4 shallots
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the shallots and sauté them with butter in a fireproof casserole dish until translucent. Add the king prawns and garlic. Deglaze with the white wine and melt the lobster butter. Grill for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
