Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- e.g. milk or
- 250 ml sour cream
- Food coloring, various colors
- possibly cocoa powder
- possibly red fruit compote
- possibly pudding powder
- Fat for the mold
- Powdered sugar or
- Chocolate coating
- possibly sweets or sugar sprinkles for garnishing

Parrot cake
Mix butter or margarine, flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and milk (not too much) or sour cream into a smooth dough. Divide the dough as often as you like and color it with food coloring or, for example, cocoa powder, red fruit compote, or pudding. Grease a baking sheet or a loaf or springform pan. Spread the colored dough evenly on the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C. Then let cool. Dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate coating and decorate with sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or something similar.
