airy, light chocolate buttercream slices

Line a baking sheet with 2-3 layers of newspaper. Place baking paper on top. Beat the 4 eggs with 100g of sugar until frothy. Sift the flour, Mondamin, and cocoa powder and fold into the egg mixture. The mixture should be light and airy. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet with a spatula and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Bake at approximately 180°C for about 10 minutes. After baking, cut into 4 10cm strips. Make a pudding with milk and pudding powder. Add the coconut oil and chocolate coating. Once cooled, mix with butter and nougat to make a buttercream. Place the strips together with the chocolate cream and garnish. Chill the slices thoroughly before serving so the buttercream is firm enough to cut.
