Kiwi Apple Jam
The perfect kiwi apple jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Kiwi fruit
- 3 Apples
- 250 g Sugar
- 5 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon powder
- 1 packet Vanilla flavor
- Peel and core the apples and cut into pieces. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.
- Put the fruit in a saucepan with the other ingredients. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, let simmer for 35 minutes.
- Pour everything from the pot into a tall container and puree. Let cool down a little then fill into a glass with a screw cap.
