Kiwi Apple Jam

The perfect kiwi apple jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Kiwi fruit
  • 3 Apples
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavor
  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into pieces. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.
  2. Put the fruit in a saucepan with the other ingredients. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, let simmer for 35 minutes.
  3. Pour everything from the pot into a tall container and puree. Let cool down a little then fill into a glass with a screw cap.
