Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, ready-made or homemade
  • 750 g sour cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packs of cream powder (vanilla cream of paradise)
  • 6 kiwi(s), fresh
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Place the cake base on a plate and place a cake ring around it. For the frosting, combine the sour cream with the paradise cream and sugar and spread the mixture over the cake base. Chill briefly. Peel the kiwis, cut them into even slices, and top the cake with them. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and carefully pour it over the kiwis. Chill until ready to serve.
