Delicious, quick kiwi porridge with vanilla sauce

Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces, removing the tough stem if necessary. Cut 3-4 lemon balm leaves into strips. Puree half of the kiwi with the apple juice. Add the sugar. Then, in a mug, mix the cornstarch with 4-5 tablespoons of cold water until smooth and stir into the fruit puree. Bring to a boil. Fold the remaining kiwi and the lemon balm into the porridge. Pour the porridge into glasses and garnish with the remaining lemon balm leaves. For the vanilla sauce, mix the sauce powder with a little cold milk. Boil the remaining milk and stir in the mixed sauce powder. Bring to a boil while stirring, then let cool. Serve with the porridge. Note: Only stir instant sauce powder into cold milk. A light, refreshing dessert that tastes particularly good slightly chilled in summer.
