Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 850 g kiwi(s), pulp weighed from approx. 1 kg kiwi
- 1 orange(s), squeezed juice
- 1 lime(s), squeezed juice
- 1 kg gelling sugar
- 2 cl orange liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 30 minutes
Combine the orange and lime juice with the kiwi pieces and preserving sugar and let it steep for 10 hours. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the liqueur and immediately pour the jam into jars.
