Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 2 cm fresh ginger, finely grated
- ½ tbsp thyme, finely chopped fresh leaves
- ¼ tsp salt

For herb lovers
Mix all ingredients well, pour into a cold, rinsed container, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. It tastes delicious with fresh bread and pumpkin soup.
