Kiwi – Melon – Jam

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g kiwi(s), peeled (approx. 6 pieces)
  • 700 g melon(s), peeled green nettle
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 3 cl brandy
  • 3 cl Grand Marnier
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 drops of food coloring, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the fruit into small pieces and mix with the gelling sugar in a tall enamel pot. Heat and boil briskly for four minutes. Remove from heat, stir in both spirits, lemon juice, and food coloring, and immediately pour into jam jars. Seal with a canning membrane and rubber bands.
