Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml sparkling wine
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 orange(s), juice
- 6 kiwis
- 1 kg gelling sugar 1:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
Peel and roughly dice the kiwis. Weigh to 1 kg with lemon juice, orange juice, and sparkling wine. Bring to a boil with the preserving sugar in a large saucepan and simmer for about 4 minutes. Test for settling; if the jam isn’t firm, add 1 sachet of citric acid and bring back to a boil briefly. Skim off the foam if necessary, fill prepared jars to the brim, and seal immediately. Cover and let stand for about 5 minutes.
