Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g butter, soft
- 125 g brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 1 tbsp water

Cream the butter and sugar for about 4 minutes until fluffy. Gradually stir in the cinnamon, salt, and flour. Add the almonds and water, and mix briefly. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. With moistened hands, form into balls about 1.5 cm in size. Place them about 5 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack using the parchment paper. Let cool.
