Ingredients
- 300 g Small poultry sausages
- 300 g Oil
- 500 g Kohlrabi fresh
- 500 g Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 tablespoon Curry
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the sausages in half lengthways, fry them in a pan with hot oil while turning, remove and keep warm.
- Peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Cut the carrots into slices and the kohlrabi into sticks, peel the onion and cut into fine strips.
- Put the kohlrabi, carrots and the onion in the pan with the sausage fat and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Now dust the curry powder and flour over them and sauté briefly.
- Deglaze with the stock and milk, bring to the boil and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Season the ragout with salt and pepper and add the sausages again and let them warm up
- Chop the kohlrabi green and add it to the ragout.
