Kohlrabi and Carrot Salad

The perfect kohlrabi and carrot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Lemon untreated
  • 2 tbsp Acacia honey
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Colored pepper with allspice
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pumpkin seed oil
  1. Peel and grate the kohlrabi and carrots.
  2. First rub the peel, then squeeze the lemon juice.
  3. Peel and finely chop shallot.
  4. Finely mortar the pepper mix and cumin.
  5. Mix everything except salt and pumpkin seed oil in a bowl.
  6. Let it steep for 1 hours or overnight. Season to taste with salt and pumpkin seed oil.
