Kohlrabi and Carrot Salad
The perfect kohlrabi and carrot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Lemon untreated
- 2 tbsp Acacia honey
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Colored pepper with allspice
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Seasoned Salt
- Pumpkin seed oil
- Peel and grate the kohlrabi and carrots.
- First rub the peel, then squeeze the lemon juice.
- Peel and finely chop shallot.
- Finely mortar the pepper mix and cumin.
- Mix everything except salt and pumpkin seed oil in a bowl.
- Let it steep for 1 hours or overnight. Season to taste with salt and pumpkin seed oil.
