  • 1 egg yolk

Peel and slice the kohlrabi and Jerusalem artichokes. Layer both in a greased baking dish. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Finely dice the cheese and mix it in a bowl with the egg yolk, sour cream, and cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread this seasoning mixture over the vegetables in the dish and bake the vegetables in the oven on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes. Cooking time may vary. I ate the vegetables straight from the baking dish.
