Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-large kohlrabi
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 150 – 200 g
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- some garlic
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
a fresh vegetable salad according to Kurt Drummer
Prepare a mild salad marinade from yogurt, oil, salt, paprika, and a little garlic. Grate the thinly peeled, young raw kohlrabi into strips and mix them with the tomato slices into the marinade. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
