  • 1 grapefruit(s), pink
  • 1 banana(s)

Refreshing green smoothie

Peel the grapefruit and cut into 4 pieces. Peel and halve the banana. Remove the stems from the kohlrabi leaves. Place everything in a blender and fill with water up to the 1-liter mark. Blend on high for 2 minutes. This green smoothie is suitable for beginners, and finally, there’s a sensible use for kohlrabi leaf greens.
