Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- ½ bunch parsley
- lemon juice
- Vinegar
- Oil (peanut) or vegetable oil
- herbal salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and then coarsely grate it. Season with lemon (or a little vinegar, if desired), oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Finely chop the parsley and mix in. Let it sit for about 2 hours, then season again. Delicious with buttered bread or great on a barbecue.
