Krümeltiger's nectarine and grape smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 12 grapes, light
  • 20 g almonds
  • 1 tbsp, heaped oats (naked oats), freshly flaked
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed, golden
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A power breakfast with naked oats, linseed, almonds and chia

Remove the stems from the grapes. Remove the pits from the nectarines and cut them into pieces. Put the naked oats through a flaking machine. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree to the desired consistency.
