for lamb baking dish, batter

Cream the butter until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, rum flavoring, and salt. Sift the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder, then stir in a tablespoon at a time. Pour the batter into a greased lamb baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat: 175°C) for about 35 to 45 minutes (depending on the oven). Let the baked lamb cool in the dish for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the dish and let cool completely. Tips: Dust with powdered sugar if desired, or make a glaze from 150g of powdered sugar and about 2 tablespoons of hot water. Pour the glaze over the lamb, spread evenly, and garnish with desiccated coconut if desired.
