Classic balsamic dressing for lamb’s lettuce
For the classic version of the dressing, you will need 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 4 tablespoons of walnut oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and some salt and pepper.
- First, put all the ingredients in a sealable jar.
- Now close the jar and shake it so that the ingredients mix well.
- Then wait about 10 to 20 minutes before using the dressing to allow the sugar to completely dissolve.
- If you want to keep the salad dressing, you can leave it in the sealable jar and put it in the fridge.
