Lamb's lettuce with apple pieces

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter, e.g. B. von Hengstenberg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt (wild garlic salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian

Finely chop the onion and dice the apple (remove the skin before dicing if desired; we always leave it on). Mix together the sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, chopped onion, and diced apple. Season with wild garlic salt. Trim the lamb’s lettuce and add it to the dressing. Mix well so the apple pieces are evenly distributed throughout the salad. Serve immediately. If you want to prepare the salad in advance, for example, for a celebration, we recommend storing the dressing separately and chopping the apple pieces just before serving. Then mix it with the dressing and add it to the salad. Approx. 125 kcal per serving.
