Lamb's lettuce with fruity-spicy sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 4 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 2 tbsp plum jam
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the dressing, combine all ingredients except the lamb’s lettuce and season with salt and pepper. Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. Fold it in just before serving.
