Lamb's lettuce with honey-mustard dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, wash the lamb’s lettuce, then blend all the other ingredients in a blender until a good consistency is achieved. Season with cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Then pour the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce and mix well.
