Millet-lupine porridge with pineapple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml water
  • 100 g millet
  • 40 g sweet lupin meal
  • 125 g pineapple pieces, fresh
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegan

Simmer the water, millet, and lupine meal together with the fresh pineapple pieces for 15 minutes. Finally, add the coconut milk and stir in the cinnamon.
