Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pinch(s) vegetable stock
- 1 pinch of hot paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. Mix the egg with the spices and half of the spring onion rings. Heat the butter in a pan and add the egg and spice mix. Fry the omelet until golden brown, turning it occasionally. Place the finished omelet on a kitchen towel to remove any excess fat. Sprinkle the omelet with the other half of the spring onion rings before serving. Note: I’m 10 years old and this is my first recipe. I hope you enjoy it.
