Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml white rum
  • 3 tsp espresso powder, instant
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the rum with the vanilla seeds, Nutella, and espresso powder until smooth. Then whisk the powdered sugar and cream until creamy and add to the mixture. Pour the liqueur into a 0.75-liter bottle and store in a cool place. Shake well before serving. The liqueur will keep for about 2-3 months, but it tastes so good that I can’t keep it that long!
