Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Mango
  • 200 g Cream curd
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • As you can see in the pictures, I still have to practice layering a little. I rarely make desserts. Most of the time I make desserts with fresh fruit, but I never got any fresh mango when I went shopping with us in the no man's land. But the dessert was so delicious too. If you do it, you will agree with me.
  • Drain the mango pieces well, except for 3 pieces that are used as decoration. Finely puree the mango pieces in a blender to make mango pulp.
  • Beat the cream quark, sour cream, vanilla pulp, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to a creamy mass. Season the sweetness to your own taste.
  • Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream.
  • Layer alternately cream and mango in a glass, then decorate with mango pieces. Put in a cool place and enjoy.
