Lazy Women Tarte Flambée Veggi

The perfect lazy women tarte flambée veggi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 small Wheat flatbreads
  • 250 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • 100 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 Salt
  • Parchment paper
  1. Halve wheat flatbreads and place on a baking sheet / grid lined with baking paper. Brush with sour cream and season with garip pepper! PREHEAT OVEN TO 220 DEGREES!
  2. Clean the mushrooms and spring onions, cut into slices. Wash the leek rings.
  3. Spread some grated cheese on the sour cream, then the mushroom slices, then the spring onion rings! Finally, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then grill over for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve! Possibly sprinkle with salt!
  5. There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to the topping! 🙂
