Soup: Minced Leek Cheese Soup

- 500 g Minced meat
- 5 small bars Leek
- 1 l Beef or veal stock or vegetable stock
- 1 just Herbal cream cheese
- 1 just Cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, season it, cut the leek into slices and add to the meat, sauté briefly and fill up with the stock. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add the cheese, let it boil again, season to taste and you’re done. If necessary, add a little more water or stock.
