Ingredients
- 500 g Minced meat
- 5 small sticks Leek
- 1 L Beef or veal stock or vegetable stock
- 1 Herbal cream cheese
- 1 Cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, season it, cut the leek into slices and add to the meat, sauté briefly and fill up with the stock. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add the cheese, let it boil again, season to taste and you're done. If necessary, add a little more water or stock.
