  • 800 gr Leek
  • 180 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 200 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Mssp. Dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 60 gr Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Meat stock powder


  • Halve the leek, wash and cut into half rings, place in a saucepan and simmer together with the stock cube and the water over a low heat. Drain and pour into a baking dish.
  • Peel and dice the onion and then fry it in the oil, add the minced meat and fry with it. Dust the meat with paprika powder and sauté briefly. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and season with the spices. If the sauce is too thick, pour some water.
  • Now the minced meat sauce is placed on the leek, sprinkled with the cheese and baked in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
