Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tsp oil
- 400 g leek
- 125 ml meat broth, clear
- 75 ml water
- pepper
- nutmeg
- Salt
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan, add the trimmed, washed, and finely sliced leeks, and sauté. Add the meat broth and water and simmer over low heat until tender (about 10 minutes). Season to taste with a little salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Finally, add the chopped parsley.
