  • 125 ml meat broth, clear
  • 75 ml water
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Parsley, chopped

Heat the oil in a pan, add the trimmed, washed, and finely sliced ​​leeks, and sauté. Add the meat broth and water and simmer over low heat until tender (about 10 minutes). Season to taste with a little salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Finally, add the chopped parsley.
