Spicy Baking: Dreielerlei Parmesan Biscuits

  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Flour type 550
  • 150 g Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Discs Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 8 piece Black pitted olives
  1. Knead a smooth dough out of butter, flour and cheese. This tripartite.
  2. Remove the oil from the tomatoes on kitchen paper. Dice tomatoes and olives very finely and knead each under a third of the dough.
  3. Shape all three doughs into a roll and let it set in the refrigerator for two hours.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. Let it cool down on the tray and then just enjoy.
