- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Flour type 550
- 150 g Grated Parmesan
- 2 Discs Dried tomatoes in oil
- 8 piece Black pitted olives
- Knead a smooth dough out of butter, flour and cheese. This tripartite.
- Remove the oil from the tomatoes on kitchen paper. Dice tomatoes and olives very finely and knead each under a third of the dough.
- Shape all three doughs into a roll and let it set in the refrigerator for two hours.
- Cut each roll into slices (0.5 cm) and place on a tray lined with foil or paper. Keep your distance as the parts diverge. (Approx. 20 pieces per roll)
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. Let it cool down on the tray and then just enjoy.
