Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 sausages, fine, boiled
  • 125 g bacon, streaky, diced
  • 750 ml meat broth
  • 250 ml milk
  • e.g. marjoram
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

very quick to make and super tasty

Wash and slice the leek. Slice the sausage. Brown the bacon. Add the leek, salt, pepper, marjoram, and sausage slices and sauté for 5 minutes. Finally, add the broth and milk to the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
