Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ kg potatoes, cooked, halved and peeled
- 1 onion(s), cut into rings
- some salt
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Lightly fry the onions in a pan, but not too much, as they will continue to brown. Add the potatoes and roast them in plenty of oil until crispy. Season with salt. It’s a great side dish for meat dishes, although I also enjoy it with just a salad.
