Lemon Balm Jelly

- 100 gram Melissa leaves
- 2 piece Lemons / juice ,,
- 1 disc Ginger
- 1 Cup Woodruff syrup
- 1 x Preserving sugar 3: 1
- 1 liter Water
- Harvest lemon balm leaves and rinse with cold water, then boil in the water and simmer for 8 minutes, sift through and cool the juice, then add all the ingredients and cook according to the instructions, pour into glasses and close immediately,
