Lemon buttermilk cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups buttermilk, lemon flavor
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 bag(s) almonds, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sheet cake

Whisk the lemon buttermilk with the sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 to 25 minutes. Heat the butter and stir in the cinnamon and sugar. Finally, add the almonds and pour the glaze over the cake. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
