Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g margarine
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pack of flavoring (citro baking)
  • 350 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sheet cake

Mix the dough ingredients in order until a batter forms, spread it on a greased baking sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Cover the cooled cake with a glaze made from powdered sugar and lemon juice. Then cut into small squares. This cake is perfect for children’s birthday parties.
