Lemon Pie Low Carb

- 200 g Ground almonds
- 5 piece Eggs
- 100 g Xucker
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 55 g Soy flour
- 300 g Lowfat quark
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 1 bottle Lemon flavor
- Sweetener
- Fat for baking pan
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Beat eggs with Xucker until frothy.
- Mix the baking powder, soy flour, ground almonds and baking powder together.
- Then add to the egg mixture and stir.
- Grease the baking pan
- Add the dough and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Let cool down well.
- Mix together low-fat quark, lemon flavor and mascarpone and add sweetener to taste.
- Spread the cream on the well-cooled cake base.
- Spread the sliced almonds on top
- Cut into 8 equal pieces.
