Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 lemons
  • 60 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 25 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grate the lemon zest and juice the lemons. Gently heat the juice with the butter and sugar, stirring constantly, until the butter has melted. Stir in the cornstarch. Beat the eggs in a bowl and gradually stir in. Simmer the mixture over low heat until it thickens and reaches the right creamy consistency. Let the cream cool and pour into a jar.
