Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 lemon(s) (organic), zest and juice
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g yogurt
- 75 g sugar
Instructions

First, wash the lemon in hot water. Grate the zest, then squeeze out the juice. Mix with the sugar, add the quark and yogurt, and stir. Tastes best chilled.
