Lemon curd cream à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice
  • 40 g sugar
  • 100 ml cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring 60-70 ml of lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan and reduce to a syrupy consistency. Allow to cool, stir into the quark, and fold in the whipped cream.
