Baking pan recipe, makes 12 servings

Mix the low-fat quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, milk, oil, and salt until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and fold in. Grease the baking tray and use a piping bag to divide the batter into the doughnut baking tray. Fill only halfway, as the batter will double during baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, decorate with icing or chocolate as desired. Makes 12 servings.
