Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon curd
  • 200 g cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

enough for approx. 18 cupcakes

Beat the softened butter and powdered sugar for at least 5 minutes until creamy. Add the lemon curd a spoonful at a time, stirring continuously, then stir in the cream cheese a spoonful at a time. Chill for 15-30 minutes. It also tastes great on rolls if you have any leftovers.
